Electrical Insulation and Pressure Sensitive Tapes
We provide high-density PTFE (Teflon) film with silicone adhesives. It is a dimensionally stable tape with superior tensile strength and electrical insulation properties. These tapes tolerate temperatures up to 500 degrees F and used in a wide range of aerospace applications. They are constructed of polyimide film, glass-fiber fabrics, FEP, UHMW-PE, and polyester combined with a group of high-performance, high-temperature adhesive systems. This tape is renowned for its excellent dialectic strength, reliable dimensional and thermal stability, and superior tensile properties.
Thermal/Plasma Spray Masking Tapes
Thermal Spray Masking tapes resist temperature and abrasion while providing protection from over-spray and splash. Our complete line of silicone rubber, fiberglass, aluminum foil, and composite tape laminates satisfy the demanding requirements of metal or ceramic plasma, arc spraying, HVOF (high-velocity oxy-fuel), and grit-blasting applications. These are approved by aircraft engine manufacturers such as Pratt Whitney, General Electric, and Rolls Royce.
